Burned Lettering

You can choose UP TO 5 words to place on your hat. You will put the words you would like in the Special Instructions Box located in your cart. They can be a phrase all together, or separate words placed in a different area.

In the Special Instructions Box, you can indicate where you would like the words to be placed. Example: Top of hat brim towards the back or side, bottom/underside of hat brim on the back/front/side, crown of the hat (back, side or front), etc...

If you don't care, you can leave it up to our Hat Maker to decide, but make sure to indicate if it's a phrase or words that can go in different places.

The pictures provided show a couple different areas for placement.

PLEASE NOTE: Not all burning will look the exact same as the picture shown and may have slight variations, as all burning is done by hand! Also, black hats are harder to see for distressing/burning. We suggest doing a spray paint distressing first to give it some depth, if you're looking for a more distressed black hat. "Spray Paint Distressing" is located in the "Extra Distressing" collection.
